Ho-Ho-Ho Dear Friends of Albert Bauer

The holiday season is upon us, prompting a moment of valuable reflection. This is the time of year when we are reminded of the warmth, stability, and good health that we often have the privilege of experiencing in our daily lives. And it underscores the profound value of sharing and extending these opportunities to others.

This year, our team is once again committed to sending a strong collective message. Our cohesion is not only fundamental to our professional operations but also the essential basis for making a positive impact that extends beyond our business.

Through our annual Christmas giving campaign, we are intentionally supporting projects designed to provide people with new pathways and a greater sense of security. Taking action, together, for life in all its manifestations, means directing support where the need is most urgent.

We invite you, our valued partners, to actively participate in the decision-making process again this year.

All that is required now is your vote for the initiative of your choice!

What We Have Done & Where We Hope to Get Support.

This year, we will be donating a total sum of €6,500, which will be distributed among the carefully selected organizations. This funding is dedicated to those who work tirelessly, day in and day out, to improve the quality of life within our society.

Now, we want to extend this support together with you. This is where your involvement becomes essential:

1

Meet the organizations.

We introduce the organizations and outline their missions. Feel free to gain a deeper understanding by visiting the linked websites.

2

Choose an organization we should support.

You submit your choice via the voting system. There are no winners or losers - every organization will ultimately receive a share of the donation.

3

Albert Bauer will donate the sum according to your votes.

Your vote determines our collective passion, and Albert Bauer will donate the corresponding share accordingly.

The Charities

Sustainability and overall human wellbeing are crucial topics for everyone, so we have chosen to set this as the thematic focus for our donation campaign.

Haus für morgen e.V.

Haus für morgen e.V. is a multi-award-winning Hamburg association that offers an innovative, inclusive residential and care concept for younger people with disabilities resulting from a stroke.

In the familiar residential care community in St. Georg, nine affected individuals receive personalized care, modern therapies, and psychosocial support. The goal is to enable them to lead the most self-determined life possible within that community. This unique concept fundamentally differs from traditional nursing homes and has allowed 25% of residents to return to an autonomous life after five years.

The association is currently working on further conceptual development and plans to open a second facility in Groß Borstel by the end of 2026, preparing another ten individuals for a new, meaningful life.

Nävus Netzwerk Deutschland e.V.

Imagine this: Your child is born—and their skin is covered with hundreds of dark spots. No one can immediately explain what this means. You are filled with fear and questions. Only about 1 in 20,000 babies is born with the rare pigment disorder, CMN (Congenital Melanocytic Naevi). Many doctors and clinics are barely familiar with the condition.

This is exactly where the Nävus Netzwerk Deutschland e.V. steps in. The association serves as the national self-help organization for individuals with CMN and their families.

The network often supports parents right from the first few days of their child's life, providing medically reviewed information, personal counseling, and—most importantly—the vital reassurance: You are not alone. Through meetings and conferences, the association empowers those affected to confidently embrace their unique skin story. This important work requires support.
